James Kirkland ( 34-2, 30KOs) is a hard hitting, explosive fighter who does not shy away from a gunfight. Kirkland has an outstanding record with one of his loses coming by the hands of Mexican superstar Canelo Alvarez. Touting an 83% knockout rate, Kirkland can make it a short night for anyone. Marcos Hernandez (14-3-1, 3KOs) has notable wins over then undefeated contenders Kevin Newman and Thomas Hill. He has shared the ring twice with current unified 154lb champion Jeison Rosario.
